How to
Measure
Use a flexible tape measure directly on your body. Stand relaxed, with your feet together. All our measurements are taken with the garment laid flat — divide your circumference by 2 to compare.
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually 2–3 cm above your belly button. Keep the tape snug, but not tight.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes, approximately 18–20 cm below the waistline. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Measure the fullest part of your thigh, just below the crotch. Useful if you have a wider build or athletic legs.
Our chart shows ½ measurements — garments measured flat. Divide your circumference by 2 and add 1–2 cm for comfort.
